Boys and girls will burn some energy by learning tumbling, singing and moving, and some fun obstacle courses as well. This is a wonderful class on its own OR in addition to any of our dance or gymnastics classes! Your child can wear anything they're comfortable in, but please no hard sole shoes, zippers or buttons that may hurt themselves or each other during class.

Our 9 stage program is designed specifically for our young dancers. We focus on sharing the joys of dancing while learning different styles. Our young dancers will have fun and make strong friendships while building a passion for dancing.

Boys and girls will burn some energy by learning tumbling, singing and moving, and some fun obstacle courses as well. This is a wonderful class on its own OR in addition to any of our dance or gymnastics classes!
Classes are 30 minutes once per week. They combine tap, ballet, and tumbling. The students explore creative movement, music appreciation, and the basic techniques of dancing. Your dancer is probably ready for a stage one class if they are able to be without mom or dad for half an hour and have the desire to listen to music and be energetic.
This class is for three or four year-olds with minimal experience. Classes are 45 minutes, once per week. It also combines tap, ballet, and tumbling; however, students learn more advanced techniques emphasizing body movement, shapes, and rhythm. Your dancer is probably ready for a stage two class if they are able to be without mom or dad for 45 minutes and can follow most two part directions. We'll begin working on jumping off two feet, some balancing on one foot, and some basic memory retention will be expected.
These classes are also 45 minutes, once per week. Like the other classes it also combines tap, ballet, and tumbling; at this stage the students are expected to remember and recall the steps from week to week still using body movement, shapes, and rhythm. Your dancer is probably ready for a stage three class if they are able to jump on two feet, balance on one foot, understand the concept of front and back, and also beginning signs of upper and lower body connection and coordination.
Very much like the stage 3 class, these classes are also 45 minutes, once per week. It does still combine tap, ballet, and tumbling, but there is less tumbling at this stage. This stage expects the students to move at a quicker pace while still remembering the steps from week to week. Your dancer is probably ready for a stage four class if they are able to jump on one foot, do a somersault with little to no assistance, and is able to retain information from week to week.
This class is a transition from the young dancer to a more advanced dancer. These classes are one hour in length and they will focus on the three core areas of dance, ballet, tap, and jazz. The main focus will be on ballet, and the students will be expected to learn more advanced concepts and skills at this level. Your dancer is probably ready for a stage five class if they are able to keep focus for one full hour, skip, and understands the difference between right and left.
This class is for your 6-9 year old child. It is a 90 minute class, now elaborating on the styles of jazz, ballet, and tap. There are classes available for your beginner child in this age group as well as classes for your more experienced dancer. Memory, technique, and discipline will be taught at this level.
This class is for your 8-12 year old child. It is a 90 minute class, now elaborating on the styles of jazz, ballet, and tap. This class is for children 10-12 years old. It is a 90 minute class offering the styles of jazz, ballet, tap and a little lyrical. This class is perfect for dancers who have experience in dancing, but no interest in competition team.
These classes are for children 12 and up. Each is a 90 minute class offering the styles of jazz, ballet, tap and a little lyrical. These classes are perfect for dancers who have experience in dancing, but no interest in competition team. If you're wondering which of these is right for your child, a good rule of thumb is Stage 10 should be reserved for dancers with at LEAST 5 years of dance experience or at the reccomendation of a staff member.
We have hip hop classes available for dancers 4 and up. Hip hop is a high energy, upbeat class where we focus on counting, rhythm and FUN! This is a great class on it's own, but we also suggest you take this class in conjunction with our other class options!
We also offer classes to help you perfect or try something new like hip hop, additional ballet, leaps & turns and conditioning. These classes can be taken in addition to staged classes or on their own.
